Project 4+ Artist Statement

" Emotional Front "

Statement:

         For this project I wanted to further develop my idea from project 2. This time with more objects and more emotions to capture a sort of store front feeling. I feel as though the bottles are well suited for each bottled emotion. For Sadness it's vessel is large and tall. For Joy it's vessel is small, soft and round.    
               Loud emotions like sadness and depressed are almost peaceful when bottled up. I included the following emotions: Joy, Sadness, Love, Lust, Envy, Depressed, and Anger. I wanted to do emotions whose colors most dramatically contrast each other.
